Are there any hidden charges other than those mentioned above?

We do not charge any surprise fees when you start the design process with us. Only pay for what you see. In the case of Predefined Projects if you need some special requirements other than those mentioned in the plans, then those Extra charges will be sorted out during your free session with one of our platform specialists.

How does the Elite (hourly plan) work?

With Elite Plan, you get the best Creative Team working for your project. Whether your project is massive with specific requirements or you have some custom needs for your existing projects, hourly rates excel in every situation as you save a ton of money by paying us only for what you need from us.

What if I need extra revisions in Predefined Package?

It depends on the complexity of the revision. Basic and small revisions (after crossing the threshold) are completely free but if you need some significant change then you will be charged at a 40$/hour rate (Lite, Plus and Pro Plans only) for such revisions.

I want to buy a Predefined Package but my needs are not exactly fitting with any. What is the solution for that?

Predefined Projects have "add-ons" that will ease your life to a lot of extents. Suppose you need two Page Designs instead of one, then you can easily upgrade your Lite plan to get Extra designs.
